We're starting on our den remodeling project!
Artisan Kitchen & Bath, the same people who did our kitchen, are going to be starting on it sometime in April. They expect to take three to four weeks to complete it.
The room will have the similar layout as it has now. We are replacing the sliding patio door and the window on the east side, removing the carpet and installing hard wood floors, removing the wainscoting and wallpaper and painting the walls, installing canned lighting, and painting and upgrading the existing bookshelves.
We have not yet decided to add supplemental HVAC (this LG unit).
We're also going to have some outside work done, removing some cedar shake shingles and replacing with concrete ones.
We're signing the contract and putting money down tonight!

Certainteed is the manufacturer of a fiber-cement siding. I think that Noey looked at this product for 714, but opted for vinyl.
