Week five was a lot of finish up stuff - hardware, touch-up painting, etc. Everything will be complete next week.
The outlets are a bothersome delay. The electricians did not install ones with surge surpressors built in and had to order them. It's hard to imagine that they would be more than one day away, though. Nothing is.
Look at the spot for the TV. Per Jill's recommendation, it's black (or maybe "charcoal"). It looks cool. I can't wait to see how the television looks there.

Phyllis is here painting the last of the shelves (three coats of oil base paint), so they will be ready to go next week. The last items will then be taken care of by Greg on Tuesday. He will return to do the finish up work (shelves, window, door, hardware, etc.) Please have the items in the dining room moved out of the way so that we can have the sofa back into the family room. I will let you move the TV and related electronic equipment into position. The electrician will return to install the surge suppressor outlets as soon as they arrive. Everything else looks beautiful….Have a good weekend!
